Cancellations

Cancellations made 25-48 hours prior the booking will incur a charge equal to 50% of the total booking fee.
Cancellations made 24-0 hours prior to the booking will incur a charge equal to 100% of the total booking fee.

Mileage charges will incur for collections / drop offs over 10 miles from our base.
All dogs must be fully vaccinated, and up to date with their flea and tick treatment. We will require confirmation before bookings commence. 
We are unable to take females in heat.
