Do you offer overnight boarding?
We do not offer overnight boarding, only care during the day.

Do you have availability?
Great question, where possible please provide the dates you are needing and we will do our best to help. 

Can you pick up / drop off my dog?
At the moment we only offer our collection and drop off services in Penrith. Due to the demand on our services we struggle to reach other areas. Please do pop us a message though and if we can help, we will.

Where are you based?
CA4 0BW - High Hesket Business Park on the A6, only a short drive from Penrith and Carlisle.

Do you offer discounts for multiple dogs?
No, we do not offer discounts for multiple dogs. We feel our prices are fair.


What are your opening times?

We are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
You may request to extend your day care session but we are unable guarantee this. We do not open weekends.

Please see our Services Offered page for more information. We no longer overnight boarding, we recommend you try High Hesket Kennels and Cattery or Furrytails Kennels for your boarding needs.

Are you a kennels?

No, we are a dog day care. Dogs are not kenneled at our premises, they mix all day. We also do not offer overnight care.


Do you accept intact males?
We are able to accept intact males under 12 months old as long as they are not aggressive or overly humpy.
We are unable to accept intact males over 12 months old.

Do you accept females in season?
We are unable to accept females in season.


My dog hasn't been socialised, can they still come?
Of course! We are happy to try any dog as long as they are not aggressive to other dogs.


How old does a dog have to be to come to you?
We accept dogs of any age as long as they are fully vaccinated (including kennel cough)

How do I book my dog in?
Before booking in, all owners must ensure their pet profile and owner's portal has been completed. You are able to register by clicking the link at the top of the home page. ALL sections must have been completed before submitting requests, we are unable to accept requests from accounts that have not been completed.
